Refund and Returns Policy
If you want to cancel your order, contact
info@ponsfinejewelry.com or call 1-813-808-1450 within 24 hours of placing the order. All canceled orders for non-modified items are subject to a 7% cancellation fee, and all canceled custom items are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
ALL SALES ON PONS FINE JEWELRY ARE FINAL. If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, just let us know within two days of the shipment’s arrival date, and you may exchange or receive store credit for your item(s). You will receive a full store credit for the cost of the item, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance charges. If money-back is requested, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Please allow ten business days after the item(s) received for your credit to be processed. Credits will be issued using a store gift card.
Once the item arrives at our shop, our specialist will inspect it to ensure it is free of scratches, blemishes, sizing, or alterations, without signs of wear or tear, or a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit or refund. On Special Orders, such as items with engraving and special ring sizes, custom chain measurements, and custom pendants, a 30% restocking fee will be applied regardless of the item’s condition. The Quality Control Department reserves the right to verify the returned item’s authenticity. Any order returned undeliverable or refused by the recipient will be subject to a cost of shipping fee deducted from the total refund amount. If, for any reason, your delivered item has defects, you can contact us, and we will arrange a return of the product so we can fix it for you and ship it back at no cost to you.

DO NOT SEND BACK ANY ORDERS WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) FROM US. We will not be liable for any lost jewelry sent back without authorization. You will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Document and detailed shipping and packaging instructions when approved. Repackage the item(s) in its original packaging. You must provide the original packaging and documentation to receive an online store credit. You must send the package to the address specified on the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number Document. We recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express.
